JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY Cedent is looking for a SAP HR Senior Analyst who has a Bachelor's degree. Strong analytical and problem identification / resolution skills. Must have 2+ years SAP HR, Payroll, and R3 configuration experience. Experience working with and understanding various HR SaaS solutions and providers, including managing their integrations with SAP or Success Factors, such as: Kronos, Vanguard, Empower knowledge of the Dell Boomi integration tool and experience with Success Factors is a plus. Must possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Must be a self-motivated team player with a demonstrated high level of consultative and communications expertise. Effectively engage Strategic Partners and 3rd Party providers. Ability to interact and make decisions under stressful situations. Experience working in or supporting a global HR environment. Experience coordinating offshore delivery teams. Strong sourcing and services mindset with track record of building lasting relationships.
