POSITION SUMMARY:The Master Data Intern role will be responsible for accurate maintenance of SAP Customer and Vendor Master Data and Materials Master Data supporting all BNA businesses. This includes adhering to necessary data governance and quality standards while providing timely service to stakeholders. Bunge is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Provide quality service to Bunge’s internal customers in all assigned tasks, while upholding Bunge’s Master Data Standards• Provide support and aid in troubleshooting for users of the Master Data Governance (MDG) tool• Assist with tasks related to projects, including system implementations and conversions• Create and maintain master data for commodity materials to be utilized in GTM by OPD, Grain, and Milling• Maintain the quality of data, consistent classification and identification of data, and data-reconciliation issues• Perform mass changes for Master data for projects, reorganizations, acquisitions, and divestitures• Maintain documentation for processes within the BNA Master Data Group• Assist with maintenance of GTM master data such as document output, check off and tonnage fee tables, discount tables, storage and DP charge tables• Work closely with GTM Business Support Group to assist with user issues • Identify and leverage opportunities to continually improve the quality of data management systems, processes and standards• Technical Skills; Able to learn systems quickly, with excellent skills in Excel and data organization. • Communication & Relationship Management; Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills to effectively interact with all stakeholders across functions within BNA. Willingness to listen to users’ issues and help them find a way to resolve their problem.• Business Acumen; Ability to understand our master data policies and procedures, the Master Data Team’s role in the organization, and how to navigate within related areas of the organization.• Continuous Improvement; Always looks for ways to improve the master data process and quality of the data for BNA.


• Working toward a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Business, or a minor in Information Technology • Education or experience with SAP, with specific emphasis in customer and vendor master data, or materials and BOM creation, would be a plus. • Self-starter who requires minimal guidance and can portray Bunge core values while advancing Bunge key capabilities• Strong attention to detail, problem solving, prioritization and organizational skills• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment WORK SCHEDULE:• Part-time position, typically 20 to 24 hours a week with occasional additional time required to meet deadlines for special projects. Scheduled hours would be aligned with school schedule.
