JOB DESCRIPTIONWorldwide 50.000 Merck employees are using SAP/SuccessFactors for HR matters. Merck is operating the global Talent Management life-cycle processes (Recruiting, Goals and Performance, Learning and Development, Compensation and variable Pay, Career Development) based on this SaaS platform.
Based on your best practice knowhow of SAP/SuccessFactors and your profound HR process skills you as platform Cloud Broker will serve the Merck global user base. For the productive key user community and our global HR department you will acts as the single point of contact in context of the management and evolution of our strategic global HR SaaS platform. In close collaboration with the business function you will coordinate software releases and application changes. Based on your well established relation with SAP as SaaS application provider and moreover with peer companies you will care for the strategic development of the application closely aligned to strategic focus of HR and Merck HR. Influencing product development through customer sounding boards and peer groups is only one of the respective activities in this context.
In terms of the operation of the Merck SuccessFactors platform you will ensure and be responsible for a superior application service. You will manage the external provider for Application Management Services based regular performance reviews and continuous improvements of the process. One of your very early responsibilities will the design and set-up of the relation with the external application management service provider.
Your profile and skills
6 - 8 years work experiences in consulting / IT / HR business
University degree or a comparable graduation in Business Administration / Economics / Business Engineering / Business Information
Deep and comprehensive knowhow of the SAP/SuccessFactors software
Deep and comprehensive HR process knowhow, especially Talent Management
Show professional and confident behavior towards the customer, business partners and colleagues
Proven experiences in international and global business context
Strategic thinking, planning and problem solving
Team and collaboration orientation
Strong written and oral communication skills in English
