JOB DESCRIPTION* Functional experience in defining business, data and process requirements OTC and PTP.
* Perform process requirements (OTC, PTP) and analysis workshops with customer to define business process, functional requirements and data element requirements.
* Consult and provide guidance with best process, project scheduling for successful tax automation implementations. Gather business, process and integration requirements between Sabrix and SAP (SD, FI, MM).
* Support customers in preparing and documenting tax use cases and testing scenarios.
* 2+ years functional experience or 2 full lifecycle implementations of SAP (SD, MM, FICO), SAP ECC v5.0/6.0
* Error resolution and customer management
* 5+ year of the support experience in supporting Taxware application.
