JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY The SEC Reporting Manager will have primary responsibility for SEC and Ontario Securities Commission reporting (OSC). You will be responsible for ensuring that the firm's accounting procedures conform to relevant SEC and OSC accounting standards. You will work extensively with corporate and operational accounting groups, technical accounting team, internal legal counsel and the firm's SEC counsel and Canadian equivalent.KEY CONTACTSKey internal relationships will include the Executive Management Team, Operations, Tax and Legal, and other members of the corporate and operational accounting teams. Externally, key relationships will include the SEC, OSC, company's audit and legal firms, including outside SEC and OSC counsel, and firm's principal private equity investor.DUTIES:Manage public financial reporting requirements of registrant in US (SEC) and Canada (OSC) reports such as 10-Qs and 10-Ks, and OSC equivalent including XBRL where applicable;.Research and document technical reporting issues related to material transactions to support audits and SEC and OSC reporting - expected to be US GAAP only but could include IFRS.Support the development, implementation, and management of the financial reporting software platform (Workiva/Wdesk) including process validations and improvements;Manage the development of automated GL level reporting for effective integration within the financial reporting software platform;Manage the internal development of department direct reports;Support
