JOB DESCRIPTION

APPLY
RESPONSIBILITIES:

maintain and file all outgoing and incoming correspondences and reports

successful communication with internal and external customers under strained and possibly frustrating conditions

scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars including coordinating meetings including rooms, equipment and specialty items as needed

provide clerical support including covering receptionist duties

helps prepare and maintain department expenses and administrative budget; monitors department spending monthly

prepares and maintains department time and attendance for the department

Maintains office supplies and equipment, tracks inventory and supply orders

Coordinates training and other events as required

Answers phones, screens calls and refers to appropriate areas as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or equivalent is required

Healthcare secretarial experience is a plus

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to maintain Professionalism and composure under strained and possibly frustrating conditions

Knowledgeable with ordering supplies, budgets and finances

Ability to multitask managing calls, schedules and questions

Knowledge of timekeeping and payroll

Willingness to learn new skills as needed
