Education and Experience ? Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience ? 5-7+ years of direct work experience Knowledge and Skills ? Strong analytical skills ? Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintains, manipulates and analyzes spreadsheets and databases for department ? Provides analysis, findings and recommendations on moderate to complex analysis projects ? Identifies inaccuracies/ errors in data and makes recommendations to remedy errors. ? Coordinates small to medium projects on behalf of the department and/or participates in larger Department and/or District strategic projects ? May be responsible for the department's budgeting and reporting ? Leads control activities for assigned area; may act as liaison for audits and audit resolution activities ? Assists in planning and execution of conferences and meetings including: securing meeting space, developing invitations and communications with conference attendees, coordinating written materials, managing staff members involved with event and other related tasks ? May be responsible for maintaining the departments contracts and ongoing contract administration ? Provides work direction and training to junior staff as needed ? Conducts research projects for department utilizing the internet and other related resources ? Performs other duties as assigned Knowledge and Skills ? Strong analytical skills ? The position supports 1 Sr. Leader, and 3 - 4 leaders. The ability to multi-task is very important, the culture is very meeting heavy, and calendar management is an essential part of the position. The Sr. Leader is on system work groups, the span of control for the Sr. Leader, supporting 12 Banks and the Board of Governors. Candidate needs to be a self-starter, strong attention to detail, comfortable with making decisions, and managing the Sr. Leader.** Coordinates, conducts and documents advanced and/or complex analysis for an organizational unit. Analyze financial and/or operational data and make recommendations. Regularly utilizes problem solving, decision making and analytical skills to meet changing business needs. May also provide minimal administrative support as needed. The level of work is considered advanced and staff work under minimal supervision. This position has no direct reports.
