Job Description
SENIOR SYSTEMS DEVELOPER
Abbott Laboratories, located in Lake County, IL seeks a qualified senior systems developer. Resp. for providing system performance optimization, maintenance, production support, & refining conceptual system req’ments. Master’s degree in Computer Science & Engineering or foreign academic equivalent (alt., will accept a Bachelor’s degree in the above + 5 yrs of related progressive exp.) each incl. 2 yrs. of exp. in (exp. may be concurrent): (i) supporting medical diagnostic processes incl. master data mgmt, financial analysis, sales & operational data & service equipment mgmt, & electronic capture of data; & (ii) exp. using apps./databases/tools such as Hyperion Essbase 6.5/11.x(SPSS), AS400 (CLP, RPG400, ILE, SQL400,iSeries), Visual Basic 6.0, VB script, Oracle 10G, SQL server 2008, MS Access, Microsoft Office/Visio, MS-DOS, AutoSys, Crystal Report 8.5 & Lotus Notes.
