Specific Responsibilities

• Manage and refine On-Page and Off-Page SEO strategy to increase qualified organic search engine rankings for consumer traffic and advertiser revenue.
• Manage PPC Campaigns on Google, MSN and other networks for eCommerce leads and sales.
• Define SEO requirements and recommend site enhancements that maximize ROI and increase rank of natural search result listings.
• Recommend optimizations for site architecture, URL rewrites, and alternate directories.
• Serve as internal search specialist to ensure best practices are shared and leveraged by all groups.
• Continuously improve tracking, reporting and profitability of the SEO efforts.
• Analyze and translate quantitative and qualitative data from web analytics tool into an actionable SEO plan.
• Research and develop SEO best practices to identify new market opportunities and maximize program profits with improved organic rankings.
• Website optimization using various online tools.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 3+ years working as a SEO Associate, SEO specialist, or similar role in an internet company, where you were responsible for the organic On-Page and Off-Page SEO of your site.
• In depth understanding of the search engine ranking algorithm and basic web architecture.
• Specific knowledge on how to achieve top placement in Google, Bing, Yahoo, MSN and Ask, etc.
• Functional knowledge of Website optimization tools.
