Job Title: Nursing Assistant Job Code [ ] Grade [ ]

Department: Nursing Reports To: Nurse Manager

General Summary: Provide basic nursing care to assigned patients including: bathing, toileting, feeding, positioning, and mobility.

Qualifications:

1. Graduation from high school or equivalent preferred.

2. Minimum of one-year experience as a nursing assistant, or graduation from a nursing assistant program.

Supervisory Responsibility: None

e) Responds to emergency situations as directed by RN and hospital policy

f) Observes and reports unsafe conditions to the team leader
