JOB SUMMARY

This position is responsible for providing an on-the-job training environment in various areas of financial management for recent graduates. Assignments will be under the direction of a department manager or plant controller. After completion of various initiatives, the incumbent will be assigned a permanent position in corporate or plant financial management. Due to the dynamic nature of our business, duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted or changed at any time at the discretion of management, formally or informally, either verbally or I writing.



PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

Areas of potential assignment include:

* Plant accounting, reporting and analytical responsibilities

* Trade fund spending and analysis

* Peak Performance initiative

* Cost accounting and quoting

* General accounting/account analysis/budgeting

* Facility auditing



EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

* Bachelor s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration (Advanced degree and/or certification preferred)

* Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office

* Showcase experience preferred

* Strong proficiency in Excel

* Prior work experience preferred (does not need to be related to college major)

* 0-2+ years of prior experience required
