Description: Hourly Base Rate: $27.00 - $39.95 Hours: Day Shift Hours per week: 40 hrsweek Date Posted: 10142011 Job Summary: As defined by the Oregon Revised Statutes 688.010 - Physical Therapy means the evaluation, treatment and instruction of a human being to assess, prevent, correct, alleviate and limit the signs and symptoms of physical disability, bodily malfunctions and pain. Physical Therapy includes: The performance of tests and measurements as an aid to evaluation of function and the administration, evaluation and modification of treatment and instruction, including the use of physical measures, activities and devices, for preventative and therapeutic purposes and the provision of consultative, educational and other advisory services for the purpose of reducing the incidence and severity of physical disability, bodily malfunction and pain. Qualifications: EducationLicensing: -Current licensure in the State of Oregon as a Physical Therapist. -Current BLS certification required. Qualifications: -At least two years experience as an acute care physical therapist. -Experience with training in Pilates based rehab or strong interest needed. Special Notes: -Shared hours at two locations for an outpatient basis between River Road Physical Therapy and hospital outpatient physical therapy department.
