JOB DESCRIPTIONJOB SUMMARY
This is a temporary position in the College of Health Science s IT office. This team member will work closely with the College s IT Office to help build, administer, and maintain the CHS computing environment. Job duties may include building, modifying, and customizing supported technology infrastructure (most Windows and MAC desktops); collaborating with technical teams across campus to fulfill technical service requests; training faculty, staff, and students on various systems and software; and researching new technologies to help improve customer satisfaction.
SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES
Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task; must be reliable, punctual and have the ability to deal with a wide range of clients. Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude are essential.
DOES THIS POSITION HAVE SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES*
Experience with Windows. MAC-OS, networking and a broad range of application software. Be able to take initiative to troubleshoot issues independently.
