JOB DESCRIPTIONJOB SUMMARY
This position will be responsible for addressing tasks and requests involving user administration; deployment and support of computer hardware, mobile technologies, and software on various platforms. This individual will also be responsible for researching, diagnosing, and resolving day to day technical problems involving a wide variety of technologies. They will handle technical requests on IPOP supported technologies and when necessary collaborate with other staff, faculty, and students. The position will also be expected to install, update, and verify functionality of new hardware and software in addition to serving as a support liaison for other departments both internal and external to the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, analysis skills, and desire to learn.
