span Our client, a professional services company located in the Burbank area, is seeking a Safety Coordinator to join their growing team! The ideal candidate should have previous experience with identifying safety improvements within an organization. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal are also a must. br   br   br Duties br   br · Inspect work areas and equipment to ensure safety of employees br · Ensure all tasks and functions on sites are performed safely in accordance with company safety policies and OSHA standards br · Report and track workers compensation claims br · Conducts safety training orientations br · Coordinates employee drug screenings br · Investigates accidents and incident reports br · Manage safety gear and supply inventory-may also be responsible for preparation of purchase orders br   br Requirements br   br · 3-5 years of previous Safety Compliance experience br · Proficient with MS Office including; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook br · Bachelor’s Degree preferred br · Bilingual Spanish-a PLUS! br   br Starting out on a temporary-hire basis, this position offers full-time hours, and benefits. br Hourly pay will range between $18-24 per hour depending on experience.
