Sales & Account Executive or Senior, DOE - hubbub
Portland, Oregon or Remote
The Sales & Account Executive is responsible for the development and execution of hubbub s sales efforts to ensure company goals and strategic objectives are being met. They oversee the account management, sales contracts and negotiations to the hubbub channel.
RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS:
* Demonstrated excellent communication skills, including both written and verbal communication including exceptional presentation skills for live audience and via webinar applications.
* Demonstrated command of customer contact management software programs, preferably Salesforce.com.
* Knowledge of both the healthcare industry and the corporate wellness space. Health plan and broker/consultant experience is a plus.
* Demonstrated experience selling and advising mid to large size companies (employers with 500+ employees).
* Ability to organize and prioritize to meet established deadlines.
* Demonstrated excellent relationship-building skills and ability to leverage existing client relationships.
* Ability to engage in community/ networking opportunities outside of normal business hours.
* Demonstrates a consistent focus on achieving or surpassing results/goals.
* Displays an enthusiastic, fully committed, and self-directed approach to work.
* Ability to quickly adapt and change priorities.
* A proven track record of success in achieving outside sales goals.
* Detailed understanding of complexities with ability to communicate and to negotiate all areas related to the sales functions at the broker consultant level into all levels of decision making within an employer, to include benefits managers, vice-president human resource and benefits and the C-level.
* Ability to plan and execute an effective account management approach.
* Represent hubbub in a positive and professional manner in the marketplace.
* Demonstrates proficiency in desktop application software including email, word processing, spreadsheets and creating presentations.
* Demonstrates a command and expertise of employer wellness programs, including employee benefit programs.
* Fast learning and self-driver who seeks to position self as a territory expert in employee wellness programs.
* Demonstrated command of consultative selling techniques via B2B and sophisticated benefit broker/consultant channels.
Normally to be proficient in the competencies listed above:
* The Sales & Account Executive - hubbub would have a Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field and 4+ year s sales or account management experience with Wellness and/or employee benefits industry experience desired or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
* The Sales & Account Executive Senior - hubbub would have a Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field and 6+ year s sales or account management experience with Wellness and/or employee benefits industry experience preferred an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required Licenses, Certifications, Registration, Etc.:
* Must have a valid state driver s license with a good driving record and proof of auto insurance.
