JOB DESCRIPTIONACCOUNT MANAGER
This is a high profile and visible role within the company, do YOU have what it takes.
It requires a commitment to the successful achievement of targeted objectives. Your role is to support interior automotive products for North American OEM and Tier 1 customers. This includes anything from initial contact, follow-up, proposal development, customer presentations, to the signing of a contract.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
LEAD GENERATION - marketing research driven and targeted B2B connections.
CUSTOMER CONTACT - face to face interaction with customers.
ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT - develop and maintain relationships with OEM and Tier level customers.
BUILDING PARTNERSHIPS - build relationships & sell partnerships, don't just sell products.
SELLING - possess a keen understanding of our products and their application. Ability to align them to the needs of our customers.
CUSTOMER SUPPORT - understand and support the customer in their product and service requirements.
Work with R&D and production groups to develop solutions to complex customer requirements and specific product specifications.
Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of successful sales experience (preferably with OEMs and Tier 1 automotive customers).
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in working in a structured Quality System (TS-16949).
Ability to travel50-60% of the time.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
CRM software experience.
Ability to multi task and function both individually & as a team.
