span Do you thrive in a fast paced environment and enjoy wearing multiple hats?  If so, this may be the sales administrative assistant position for you!  Your primary responsibility of the Sales Coordinator is to support the inside sales team with processing incoming requests for sales quotes/orders and to maintain the sales information that resides in the company's CRM System. You would also serve as a main point of contact for client inquiries. Our client offers a fun environment, great work life balance, and great benefits! The pay on this job is $16.00 - $20.00 depending on experience. br   br Your Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities include: br -Serve as internal sales support for sales representatives to assist with achieving assigned sales quotas and goals br -Responsible for obtaining pertinent information from direct sales representatives pertaining to quotes and orders br -Handle incoming calls from direct sales representatives and customers pertaining to the quote/order process br -Responsible for updating and managing CRM data base br -Facilitate active communication with multiple departments to generate accurate quotes and orders br -Generate sales quotes and process orders according to established procedures br -Create and maintain customer account information br -Perform administrative duties as needed br -Provide quality service to company’s internal and external customers br   br Qualifications: br -Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support or administration preferred br -Inside sales support experience is a plus br -Excellent phone skills, active listening, strong verbal and writing skills br -Proficiency in Office, Internet Explorer, NetSuite (preferred) br -Ability to learn new software applications quickly and easily br   br If you are interested in this or other Sales Administrative Assistant job opportunities from Ajilon, please send your resume directly to Leah.Rocco@ajilon.com and apply online at Ajilon.com! br   br   br   br /span
