We are seeking a Sales Agents/Managers to join our team! You will be responsible for expanding the company's business by selling employee benefit insurance policies to new and existing clients. This is business to business sales. No in-home, nights or weekends. Responsibilities:Compensation can include a draw for outstanding candidates and is based on bonuses and commissions earned.Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needsResolve client inquiries and complaintsPresent and sell employee benefits programs to new and existing clientsExpand business reach through networking techniquesComply with insurance standards and regulationsTrack and identify areas of improvement Qualifications:Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or other related fieldsValid Life & Health license or the ability to acquire licensing.Ability to build rapport with clientsStrong negotiation skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to prioritize and multitask
