Our advanced technology systems, FreightLOGIK and PayLOGIK , offer our customers customized transportation management data and freight audit capabilities. Job Description: Collect, analyze, and report on sales related data in an ongoing effort to increase overall sales productivity. Measure sales trends and performance against sales goals and quotas. Interpret trend and performance information and highlight areas needing attention or improvement. Research and develop new business leads and supply leads to sales account managers to pursue. Assist management in the development and evaluation of rolling sales forecast and sales budget. Analyze business operations to determine profitability as well as to create a baseline for operational changes and action. Generate ad hoc reporting for Sales, Marketing, and Management. Analyze bid or proposal requests, maintain a bid/proposal prioritization summary, coordinate response plans with Pricing and Operations. Organize and coordinate data and reporting needs related to upcoming customer meetings and appointments. Organize and understand sales personnel s schedules, anticipate and coordinate what will be needed to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales process. Ensure a smooth flow of information and that appropriate follow-up is completed with current and prospective customers. Process sales leads and ensure leads are directed to the appropriate staff member. Job Requirements: Ability to perform complicated analysis like forecasting, data extracts and manipulation, trend analysis. Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Excellent telephone skills and telephone presence. Strong knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Demonstrated proficiency composing written communications. High energy level, comfortable performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities. Resourceful, extremely well organized, highly dependable, efficient and detail oriented. 3-5 years previous job experience with customer service or sales support experience. 2 or 4 year college degree preferred.
