Job Summary:

As a Sales Analyst you will provide an integral link between the sales organization, marketing and other Corporate support functions such as legal and finance. You will help to ensure all information and process are in place for the successful achievement of business and sales plans. The sales operation function is responsible for developing sales programs, sales process strategy, and evaluating and implementing improvements to sales programs and processes. As a part of the function you will provide information to the field sales organization to support client related issues; and internal support to the organization by means of reporting and analysis.

Essential Functions:

- Provide information and analysis essential for sales planning and strategy development.
- Build complex databases to be leveraged by other Sales Analysts throughout the organization.
- Maintain segmentation lists to document account ownership throughout the Americas Sales Organization.
- Responsible for monthly communication to field sales and management regarding a wide range of issues related to field operations.
- Communicate key process information, deadlines, task definition, etc, to groups within the sales and sales operations groups.
- Assist in resolving disputes related and/or completing changes with commission splits.
- Complete monthly audits to ensure accuracy of sales commission paymentsJob RequirementsJob Summary:

- Build complex databases to be leveraged by other Sales Analysts throughout the organization.
- Manage the account infrastructure and segmentation lists that are critical to supporting sales and reporting.
- Support of Sales incentive programs
- Communicate key process information and deadlines to groups within the sales and sales operations teams.
- Assist in resolving disputes related and/or completing changes with commission splits.
- Complete monthly audits to ensure accuracy of sales commission payments
- Develop Executive level presentations with inputs from various stakeholders.

Requirements:

- Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as strong documentation and data management and analysis skills.
- Must have the ability to develop, own and drive processes; complete complex analysis; successfully partner with other professionals; and have strong project management skills.
- Creative approach to problem solving.
- Ability to effectively analyze data and communicate in a clear and concise manner.

Interaction:

- This individual interacts primarily within their department with Staff to Vice President level employees, and may interact with employees in other functions as required.
- As an independent professional, management provides direction primarily on new projects or assignments, as well as review of activities and priorities.
- The ideal candidate will be proactive contributor and subject matter expert on team projects, with an ability to successfully demonstrate favorable results through coaching and influencing others.Education and ExperienceEducation & Experience:

- A minimum of 5-8 years of related experience is required.
- A University degree or other related training is required.
- Expert level knowledge of Microsoft, MS Access experience preferred
- Salesforce.com experience is preferred
