JOB DESCRIPTIONWe are currently seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our growing organization. The Sales Associate will play an integral role in increasing market presence and revenue. The Sales Associate is responsible for growing new business as well as up-selling existing subscription contracts in the assigned territory. The position involves developing and maintaining existing client relationships, referrals, managing marketing campaign leads and more. The Sales Associate is also responsible for pursuing leads comprised of current clients, free trial users, past prospects and other prospecting lists.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
-Meeting/exceeding monthly, quarterly and annual revenue objectives.
-Account planning for assigned territory; identifying new revenue growth opportunities, and utilizing all resources necessary to secure business (i.e. providing customer and product support, recording activity and events in Salesforce.com and utilizing internalsystems)
-Developing contacts and business relationships with decision makers, influencers and end-users in assigned accounts.
-Utilizing a consultative sales approach, communicate the Company's value proposition to clients and prospects through in-person meetings and webinar demonstrations.
-1-2years B2B sales experience
-BA or BSdegree (no exceptions)
-Exceptional presentation, communication, organizational, analytical and time management skills
-Proven track record of consistently exceeding company objectives and quotas OR proven track record in previous position(s)
-Must be an aggressive self-starter with experience obtaining multiple levels of approvals and closing high value sales
-Ability to quickly develop an understanding of company products and client needs
