JOB DESCRIPTIONWe are recruiting for a highly motivated, career-focused individual for an Outside Sales Professional/Business Development role for the Columbia region. The successful candidate will work in a professional business-to-business sales environment presenting various staffing and HR and solutions. The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business through prospecting, following up with prospects, educating prospective businesses about various product lines and providing solutions to prospective clients.
The Outside Sales Professional - Business Development staff member will have specific sales goals to meet. Must be articulate, professional and have excellent relationiship-building skills. Must have a valid driver's license, strong computer skills, and good time-management skills. Previous experience in an HR related role would be most helpful, or a proven track record of business to business sales. Position offers base pay, plus uncapped commission and full benefits.
