Sales Channel Manager - USA Real Estate firm - San Antonio TX or Houston TX - $168,000.00 USD + 50% performance-related bonus - A unique opportunity for an ambitious sales channel management professional to work with an established international real estate company. Ref: GEA-32014865SPECIFICATIONOur client is an established USA-based real estate company which operates internationally. The company is well known for innovative and consumer-led business development and has a strong corporate brand image. They are looking to create more business from their existing client and customer base and as such this represents a good opportunity for an accomplished sales channel professional with extensive account management and strategic alliance management experience together with solid USA market knowledge and exemplary interpersonal and team leadership skills. The position will require regular travel throughout the USA and occasional international travel as well. However the candidate will be permanently based in either San Antonio TX or Houston TX. The base salary is guaranteed but there is also a 50% performance-related bonus which could bring income for this position up to $252,000.00 USD. This position also includes a first rate healthcare, pension and company transport package.DESCRIPTIONThe candidate will be responsible for the management of the Texas sales channel management team, incorporating approximately 20+ employees. They will be directly responsible to the USA Chief Marketing Officer and will be involved in sales channel planning and implementation. The candidate will be responsible for 5 departmental officers with specific job descriptions incorporating research and development, sales channel planning, development, implementation and performance improvement. The successful candidate will be expected to have a general knowledge and understanding incorporating all of these sales channel functions and will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing corporate sales channel management plans by mutual agreement.REQUIREMENTSThe successful candidate will have a business or marketing related degree, and preferably also have marketing or sales channel related professional qualifications. They will also have extensive experience within the real estate industry and be an experienced executive at this level. Our client is looking for a candidate who is dynamic in their approach with the ability to motivate and excite team members. You should also be able to demonstrate a progressive track record of success within your career and have a sound commercial business understanding.
