It is the mission and intent of this position that the Sales Catering Coordinator will assist in the development, organization and execution of systems within the Sales Department. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for providing information, assisting in the daily operation of the Sales department as well as the maintenance of all sales records. This individual will also maintain and update the Sales Pro system and communicate related information to colleagues. The administrative requirements of this position will not be limited to assisting with administrative needs processing proposals, contracts and resumes related to group events providing customer service for internal and external clients entering, maintaining and sorting sales and catering data as well as general office projects under the direction of Sales Managers. The Sales Coordinator will report to the Director of Sales and Sales Managers.
