PACCAR Financial (PFC)
PACCAR Financial facilitates the sale of premium-quality PACCAR vehicles in 20 countries on three continents worldwide by offering a full spectrum of creative, flexible financial products and value-added services specifically tailored to the transportation industry.
Provides administrative & marketing support for Area Sales personnel, conduct detailed analysis of regional sales metrics, compile monthly sales reporting, and maintains flooring accounts on accounting system.
Provides administrative and service support to the Area Sales staff. Responsibilities include retrieving information such as outstandings, payoffs, financial statements; preparing equity analyses; researching commitments; reporting, tracking, and follow-up on lease maturities; assist sales staff with quotes using Info-Analysis and T-Value, on-line application key entry, generating scheduled and ad hoc reports; and coordinating marketing requests with collections, administration, and credit. Maintains CRM. Additional service support includes data entry, copying, and filing.
Prepares direct loan and lease documents.
Conducts detailed analysis of regional sales metrics to assist the Region Manager in routine evaluations and decisions
Compiles monthly sales reports for the Region Manager and Area Operations Director
Assists with wholesale flooring audit activities to include generating required reports, maintaining audit files, and coding as appropriate on the accounting system.
Executes new and used truck wholesale setups and payoffs. Utilizes used truck matrix as requested in order to provide flooring services to PFC flooring dealers and reviews pending invoices to determine potential over-lines.
Addresses floorplan invoice questions from dealers.
Maintains dealer files and dealer database. Gathers information for dealer credit references and completes dealer-related documentation requests as directed by the Area Management.
Assists with dealer correspondence and analyzes and prepares various marketing reports which may include: chassis report, multiple market share reports, dealer financial reports and other marketing management reports as assigned.
Cross train with Contract Administrators and other departments as necessary.
Special projects as assigned.
Completed Undergraduate Bachelor degree in business or other related field required.
Two to three years administrative or sales support experience, preferably in a financial environment.
Strong PC skills, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, CRM, and other programs.
Good organizational skills. Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
