Provide assistance with creating PowerPoint presentations, product questions, literature requests and website assistance.
General administrative duties.
Manage digital and social media experience, e-marketing tools and web management systems.
Support conference and event planning and manning.
Service incoming and outgoing phone and email inquiries from clients and answer questions, process requests, collect prospect data, or direct to the appropriate person.
Research and prospect new clients on monthly basis, through cold call and media campaigns.
Conduct market research, and sales tracking, analysis, and reporting as needed.
Research and secure speaking engagements for Managing Directors.
Advanced knowledge in PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
Organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to solve problems.
Adaptability when managing workload and flexibility when working with others.
Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines.
