Experience Requirements: 2+ years administratively supporting professional sales environment. Experience supporting sales initiatives and activities is a must. Service, hospitality, or real estate industry preferred.

Position Overview

The Sales Coordinator will support the operational sales function and be a resource to the Americas sales force and sales leadership. The position coordinates workflow of the sales process including preparation of, reports, charts, and other statistics to support and help direct the sales department. This position will assist in reporting on sales pipelines to measure daily productivity against goal, and determine effectiveness of sales strategies.

Familiarize themselves with a variety of field concepts, practices and procedures to assist the sales force with client and be an internal resources to generate and close business. The Sales Coordinator will be required to be an expert in company systems including CRM Landslide, Oscar, BSI and Sourcing programs such as Zoominfo and CoStar.

Be able to support the sales team with presentations and planning events. Assist with onboarding new Sales members, creating training schedules and setting up product demos.

A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected and the position will be required to work closely with all levels of the sales team. Multitasking and patience is a must, along with a positive attitude.

Requirements
Responsibilities Include

Daily tracking on sales activity and revenue production
Work with sales team to maintain accurate sales pipeline and new business development activity
Reports using our current technology that can aid in Sales Manager daily activities and client focus
Local market reports including economic conditions, market share statistics and competitor statistics
Participate in setting up networking events
Produce weekly strategic sales reports using Landslide (CRM) that will include sales goals and revenue numbers and work with DOS within each market to improve and reach established goals
Support Sales Managers and Vice President of revenue Generation
Set up conference calls and webinars
Send calendar invites
Assist with content development for Power Point presentations
Coordinate marketing collateral
Assist with travel logistics where appropriate
Work on sales projects and initiatives as necessary.

Specific Job Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong Aptitude with Microsoft WORD, Excel, Outlook, Access. PowerPoint, Publisher and Tasks manager systems.
Confidence, enthusiasm and a strong dedication to sales initiatives
Self-Starter with the ability to work independently and support multiple stakeholders
Ability to build rapport both inside the sales team as well as with Executive Leadership
Customer Service approach to problem solving and resolution skills
Ability to do local and national market research to support sales initiatives
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize projects and initiatives

Education: Bachelors of Science or Bachelors of Arts from an accredited college or university is highly preferred

Travel (approx): Minimal Travel (10%)
