This is an inside leadership role, leading a team of Account Executives each responsible for a revenue quota. The Sales Director will report to the Area VP and will not carry an individual quota but will have a team quota. This person should be prepared to be in the office daily - coaching, forecasting, moving pipeline, training, and closing for the team.
* 8+ years total sale experience with 2-5years of leadership
* SaaS Experience
* Building and leading an inside sales team in the trenches
* Team Player
BASE COMP: $100K
TOTAL COMP: $200K
