Must be a strong leader and able to build and manage a team for a PEO. Build, audit and manage trends in Key Performance Metrics. Provide weekly and monthly briefings to the VP on the status of the new business, the implementation team, and any issues arising during the onboarding process. Build relationships with sales and service to meet the sales and quality goals.
Minimum of 8years of experience in a client service or implementation environment with at least 3years as a direct leader or manager. Bachelors degree is preferred. Proven track record of developing leaders. Able to travel15%. Must be able to deal with ambiguity and operate at a face pace and able to cope with change.
