We are currently seeking a Sales Director for our Hemocue organization. Within this integral position you will lead the execution of regional marketing strategy processes and transfers marketing strategy into sales objectives. Manage sales force through Sales Management Team to achieve financial and non-financial goals. Work in partnership with the Managing Director to enhance key customer relationships to grow the business. Ensure compance with all appcable regulatory and company requirements and guidenes. Drive continuous improvement in all aspects of sales effectiveness and the business including Six Sigma.
We require: 10 years of salesmarketing experience including 5 years in a managerial capacity Significant leadership experience in managing a sales force for an enterprise with revenue in excess of $100 milon Demonstrated sales performance and sales leadership skills Strategically and results driven with demonstrated strategic planning skills Track record of developing management talent including emacing diversity Understanding of Payor dynamics in the Cafornia Market - Health Plans, Federal and Delegated (Capitated to IPA's) Demonstrated personal adaptabity and the abity to drive change Experience in mergersacquisitions and successful integration of multiple operations results orientation A BABS in business, marketing or related discipne is preferred
