As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for the profitable sales growth of Kohler brands in hotel, high-rise residential, office, stadium/arenas and the commercial market. Develop and own the relationships with influential developers, owners, general contractors, mechanical contractors, architects, interior designers, mechanical engineers and local distribution.
* Bachelor's Degree.
* 5+ years of outside sales experience.
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
* Construction industry product sales and product specification, understanding of a pull-through distribution sales model, and/or successful history working in a complex multi-decision maker commercial project environment.
* Ability to travel to trade shows, manufacturing plants, and customer visits as needed, approximately 10 - 30%.
