Your responsibilities



Sales Financial Analyst Group Leader for thyssenkrupp Crankshaft Company, LLC in Danville, Illinois. Duties include: assume responsibility for financial activities including operational cost planning, pricing, cost controlling, financial priorities and advice, investment approvals, and keeping senior leadership apprised of company's financial status; administer and review financial plans and reports, including developing and tracking data for standard operational costs and planning and controlling costs through identifying and addressing budget discrepancies and variances; support and oversee sales forecasting, planning and analysis, responses to customer inquiries; formulate business analyses for global cost controlling processes, including liaising with company sales, engineering, and supply chain personnel; evaluate technical and financial data to develop customer quotes and product selling prices; 10% international travel. Req's: Bachelor Degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, or Economics, or foreign equivalent. 5 years of experience in a financial analysis position in the automotive forging and machining industry. Experience must include: utilizing SAP FI/CO/SD modules to prepare cost planning analyses and budgets for new heavy truck and passenger car engine products; integrating and consolidating technical and economic data for use in defining minimum product sales prices, including analyzing raw material and component price adjustments and manufacturing expenses; analyzing the impact of heavy truck and passenger car engine product changes upon cost structures and financial performance; standardizing corporate financial analysis methodologies across multinational forging and machining operations; supporting the development and implementation of regional manufacturing strategies through calculating profitability for new industrial capital investment projects; analyzing the financial impact of machining processes for forged tools, including calculating device and tooling costs.
