Our client, in the insurance industry, is in need of a talented and motivated SALES LEADER FOR THE WEST ZONE to join their team ASAP!

You will be responsible for development and execution of the West Zone sales plan. This includes sales team management through referral source and new client acquisition process within the companies Private Client Services West Zone Sales Team.

PRIMARY REPONSIBILITIES:

*Collaborates with Zone Leader in annual sales and marketing plan development

*Develops sales strategies for increasing target market sales and manages sales team execution of these strategies

*Leads recruiting, selecting, training, developing, motivating, managing and evaluating sales team members

*Oversees the new client acquisition process including: risk consulting, discovery, Personal Risk Management review development, delivery and client on-boarding

*Manages and updates new business funnel and forecast

*Oversees client entry in data management system to ensure accuracy and compliance with processes

*Plans and executes a consistent schedule of sales team meetings

*Coordinates with the Zone Leader the execution of the marketing efforts including but not limited to direct mail, client and COI events, educational seminars, information on new products/solutions, competition, markets, and trends.

*Oversees the development and distribution of sales reports and the appropriate use of sales support systems and tools.

*Possesses extensive product knowledge to differentiate our product and services from competitors

MUST HAVE:

*5+ years of Sales experience with a minimum of 3years in a managerial role

*Appropriate Property & Casualty license must be obtained

*Bachelor's degree strongly preferred

*Communicating with Impact

*Building and Maintaining Relationships - Influential and persuasive with an ability to partner across the firm and with external COI's

*Planning and Organizing

*Coaching, Motivational and Sales Management

*Business acumen and sales aptitude.

FULL TIME POSITION

SALARY: $151,000 - $170,000

BONUS: YES
