Job Description
Overview:
Oce Business Services has an opening for a Legal Account Manager. This person sells office solutions to perspective new legal clients within a dedicated region. The Legal Account Manager is a successful sales person working to provide solutions, which most benefit the client.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:
Prospects for business customers primarily through face-to-face and cold calling
Builds, develops and nurtures customer relationships with sold accounts
Responsible for moderately complex, well-defined sales opportunities
Drives revenue and maintains accountability for set goals and objectives
Attains and exceeds monthly sales quotas, as well as appointment and business plan minimums
Prepares and presents professional proposals/service solutions specific to the customer's needs
Develops sales plans and penetrate new accounts
Works with the analysts and other sales specialists to meet the highest levels of customer satisfaction
Prepares monthly and weekly sales reports
Assists in developing financial forecasts
Renegotiates client contracts
Qualifications:
The incumbent in this position should possess a Bachelor's Degree, preferably with at least 2-6 years Sales background and 1-3 years Equipment background. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of the outsourcing industry, a track record of success with a long sales cycle and with a consultative sell and proven cold call success with a high energy level. The candidate will also have excellent presentation skills, superior customer service skills, professional attitude and appearance. In addition, to be successful in this role, you must have excellent relationship management and credibility building skills and strategic/creative thinker and results-oriented sales person.
