JOB DESCRIPTIONTURBINE ENGINE/AVIATION SALES MANAGER
Location: West Palm Beach or possible remote
Seeking a Sales Manager for company with 25 years of experience in the Aviation industry. The ideal candidate will report to the VP of Sales. Ideal candidate will lead sales and strategic development. Candidate will leads sales of the company?s Military products and services, and other segments and customers as assigned, within the United States of America (USA) and FMS (Foreign Military Sales) markets.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
? A university degree in marketing or aerospace engineering is preferred; or a minimum of seven years of related experience or the equivalent combination of formal education and experience.
? 10-15 years of relevant work experience
? 5 years in selling custom integrated products/engineering services, sales and negotiations of capital goods in a complex B2B environment.
? Experience in, and knowledge of, the US military and Federal Government procurement process.
? Be able to obtain DOD security clearance
? Knowledge of the aerospace industry, planning, procurement and operational and Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) practices and context.
? Work level experience in the engine MRO, in some or all areas of Sales, Management, Repair, Facilities planning, Engine testing technologies and practices.
? Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies.
? Excellent oral and written communication skills
? Working knowledge of CRM, Sales pipeline management, Microsoft Office Suite.
? Must be a US citizen, or green card holder
Having worked in the US forces or the Reserve in aviation and/or a leadership position.
