RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS INCLUDE:

*

Analyze current sales process/programs for improvement and understand competitive products/programs that should be considered to drive revenue for our client. Approach the role with an entrepreneurial spirit to create products/programs that can set our client apart in the marketplace.
*

Consistently approach role with the focus on driving increased capture rate from our clients affiliated franchise agents. Gain input from mortgage sales leaders and clients to understand, improve and recommend strategies to reinforce our value proposition to our real estate partners.
*

Provide education, preparation and training pre-rollout of new programs and products.
*

Develop and provide analytic reports to illustrate ROE and service results for major marketingcampaigns. Recap our monthly Customer Service Surveys, ensuring continuous improvement is made any major defects are addressed.
*

Perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION

*

Bachelor's degreepreferred or equivalent work experience.

EXPERIENCE:

*

Minimum 5years experience in Project and Strategy management.
*

Preferred5years Sales Management, 5years Marketing, with 2years Mortgage Lending experience.
*

Prior experience in mortgage lending preferred.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

*

Proficient in PC and Microsoft products.
*

Strong creative and conceptual skills.
*

Excellent and proven ability to develop, rollout and analyze sales programs/strategies.
*

Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
*

Effective oral and written communication skills.

Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
