Job Duties, Responsibilities and Requirements
This role serves as support for the Associate Sales Planning Manager to help aid in being the liaison between Integrated Planning and Sales organizations in the Fashion Lifestyle Group (UGG & Koolaburra). Working closely with Associate Sales Planning Manager on reporting for the sales organizations, support with ad hoc reporting for the Omni organization, and assistance with Key Account Planning. The primary focus of this role is to support with sales analytics and assist with SLNM inventory. The role is heavily analytical while able to work closely with sales leadership, a traditionally non-analytical style.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Create and maintain reporting to support the Associate Sales Planning Manager, Sales, and Omni.
Inventory lifecycle management: understand needed activity to keep inventory positions under control; assist with coordination of excess disposal planning.
Supply disruption analysis: coordinate with cross functional teams to understand order book impact and create recommendations for re-allocation of product if necessary.
Assist Sales Planning Coordinator with collecting, consolidating, and analyzing sales rep forecasts.
Inventory coordination: work closely with demand and supply planning teams if sales exceeds supply. Analyze where the gaps may be during booking season to impact buys.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree with significant relevant experience will be considered.
2+ years' experience within a commercial and/or planning setting
Strong presentation skills; strong skills in MS Office applications
