Job Overview
Responsible for a variety of administrative tasks in support of the Sales Department. Works closely with the Sales Analyst to support the Sales Operations function.

This is a paid part time internship.

Responsibilities
Primarily Roles & Responsibilities

* Assists in generating reports for Sales, Marketing and other departments as needed

* Assists in planning and coordinating meetings

* Compiles and edits PowerPoint Presentations

* Provides Salesforce.com and Axtend support for internal users

* Analyzes data trends within Salesforce.com

* Assists in tracking marketing leads from start to finish that enter Salesforce.com

* Assists the Sales Analyst in implementing the Salesforce.com Account Development Module

* Other duties as assigned by Sales Analyst

Skills, Knowledge, Abilities

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

* Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel

* Solid organization skills, able to prioritize work and meet deadlines.

* Ability to take initiative and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

* Ability to work with large data sets

* General understanding of CRM (customer relationship management)

Requirements

Education/Experience Requirements

* Currently pursuing a Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

* Prior work experience in an office environment is preferred
