Sales Operations Manager Software New York

Our client, a SaaS innovator, addressing the needs of retailers and marketers with their commerce platform which increase the quality, effectiveness and frequency of marketing campaigns is expanding their sales team.

They are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager to work with leadership supporting strategic, operational and organizational Sales initiatives on a global basis. You will work throughout the entire operations lifecycle; strategy, planning, execution, goal measurement and ensuring accountability. Manage the day to day Sales Operations function and SFDC

If you have an entrepreneurial spirit, are comfortable working in a start-up company with hyper growth projections and bring strong, Excel, and analytical skills we would like to speak with you!

Ideal Candidate:

5+ Years in a Sales Operations role

Hands-on expertise with, customizing and building dashboard and reporting. Defining, implementing and educating on SFDC best practices.

Strong analytical, analysis and manipulation of financial data to identify trends and highlight areas for improvement

Excellent Excel spreadsheet skills

Sales Planning at the account, territory, quota alignment and inside sales/marketing lead level

Experience working in a SaaS environment highly desirable.

BachelorDegree in Business, Finance, Accounting highly desirable

Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.

Location: New York

Compensation: Commensurate with experience
