Use your customer segmentation & networking expertise to develop prospects & increase market share, while also maintaining relationships & growing business with existing customers.Demonstrate your in-depth knowledge of the product line & conduct research & analysis to develop solutions that translate in financial value to the customer & directly impact business profitability. Your voice will be heard as you use your originality & ingenuity to provide direction on issues in your area of expertise & assist department leadership in setting strategic direction.Tobe successful in this position, you will:brbr* Provide leadership & execution ofsales strategyfor Chemistry & Immunoassay analyzer/instrument product portfoliofor physicians office laboratory.brbr* Effectively utilize outcomes from your research & analysis to provide competitive differentiation & value to the overall customer solution. Provide in-depth technical expertise regarding assigned product lines.brbr* Utilize competitive, customer, & product knowledge to establish competitive barriers to market penetration by positioning Roche Professional Diagnostic's physicians office laboratory solutions.brbr* Assist customers in achieving defined business/technical & personal goals.brbr* Work cross functionally with internal colleagues & peers to share information & best practices while remaining actively involved in industry/customer organizations that impact business.brbr* Deliver tailored presentations specific to customer needs incorporating the outcome data from the various process analysis. Conduct system demonstrations amp; presentations where applicable; Road Shows, VIPS, etc.brbr* Continuously maintain & improve the quality system & achieving quality objectives through daily actionsbrbr* Implement of Roche Quality & Regulatory requirements & st&ards, Good Promotional Practices, & Strategic Selling methods & processes.brbr* Focus on sales planning, preparation, & territory management to assure efficiency & effectiveness in achieving targeted goals.brbr* Achieve sales & profit goals within targeted market segments as defined by the PDH-POL Sales leadership & sales directivesbrbr* Execute administrative activities & reporting to assure sales goals & activities are achieved within expected expense ratios & to assure Roche assets & investments are targeted on activities providing the highest return on investment.brbrTerritory: Includes the states of Washington, Oregon, Northern California, Nevada, Utah, Montana, Wyoming, & Colorado.
