Job Description

Essential Job Functions:



* Provide analysis for current year volume forecasts and trade spending and on-going process improvement.



* Lead gap management plans through IOI with Brand, Finance and Sales Strategy.



* Assist in the development of future year Gross Sales and Trade forecasts for assigned categories that incorporate marketing assumptions, trade initiatives and customer plans.



* Enhance the position by continuously improving on current process and eliminate non-value added work.



* Provide informal guidance role to the POD.



* Manage trade funds to deliver forecast volumes, and develop gap management plans



* Implement and manage tools and processes to support volume forecasting and earned trade management.



* Assist Brand and Sales Strategy in execution of current year integrated Customer Business Plans to meet or exceed key performance indicators for assigned categories.



MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:



Education required: Minimum of Bachelor's degree.



Experience: Experience with supply and demand, quantitative business analyses, forecasting, and gap management, budgeting, developing customer relations and conducting business analyses. Strong analytical skills.



Preferred Experience/Qualifications: Knowledge of category, space management processes, shopper research and marketing concepts is a plus. Knowledge of and experience with K-C planning process and ProMAX software is a plus. Proficient in data access tools and PC based applications (Windows, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
