We are seeking a highly motivated outside SALES REPRESENTATIVE for the PACIFIC, WA area. This individual must be able to work independently and within a team environment. The qualified candidate will be responsible for driving new business and servicing existing accounts within a set territory. Success in the position will be dependent on providing exceptional service and developing relationships with customers, always communicating with co-workers, customers and vendors.

Any interested candidates should possess a background working in or selling to the construction market or the emergency restoration field (or another similar field).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Serve as the main point of contact for all customer inquiries, sales, technical questions and operational functions of local office (technicians, equipment, etc.)
* Regular regional travel, including overnight visits to prospective and existing customers throughout the Pacific, WA area (including, but not limited to Washington, Idaho, and Oregon).
* Possess a knowledge of desiccant dehumidifiers , air conditioners, electric heat, diesel generators, air-cooled chillers and other climate control equipment
* Accept after-hours phone calls and be willing to occasionally work long or unscheduled hours, with travel outside of their territory for CAT duty
* Willingness and comfort in performing tasks on or around heavy equipment
* Basic computer, internet, email and Microsoft Office knowledge is mandatory, with a proficiency using CRM and other specialty software systems a plus.

REQUIREMENTS

The sales representative must be proficient in prospecting, cold calling, building relationships, and be able to close sales within the construction, restoration and industrial markets.
