Requirements:
* Establishes, monitors and updates processes for the set up and management of Consignment and Buyback engagements. * Assists in developing and delivering training materials to field based resources managing Consignment and Buyback engagements. * Provides communication to the field on issues, changes and direction for managing Consignments and Buybacks. * Provides management reporting on the performance of Consignments and Buybacks. * Works with Solutions Business Owners to ensure successful Roll Outs by supporting Roll Out Plans, Collateral and Training materials. * Reviews Solutions Assessments from the field for accuracy and completeness. * Creates Point of Use Letter of Understanding under guidance of the Customers Solutions Business Manager. * Creates, manages and executes the proper paperwork for an approved customer facing solution. * Works cross functionally with the IS Team on IS Solution Projects to generate sales growth, improve margins and drive profitability. * Reviews and consolidates sales, gross margin, profitability and trend analysis for Customer Solutions to determine potential opportunities for account growth and margin improvement. * Provides monthly, quarterly and ad hoc sales and usage reports and analyses for management. * Participates in cross-functional teams in line with MSC?s corporate goals and with the Customer Solutions Management team setting the department?s strategic direction. * Manages the monthly Solution sales incentive plan including compilation and analysis. * Drives the MSC Culture in the department and throughout the company to ensure unity of purpose and fulfillment of MSC?s mission. * Participates in special projects and performs additional duties as required. EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE: q A Bachelor?s Degree or the equivalent work experience is required. q Zero to three years experience in project management is preferred. q Project planning and implementation experience is preferred. Solutions or Operational experience is preferred. SKILLS: q Excellent project management skills are required. q Excellent analytical, organizational and planning skills are required. q Computer literacy and proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software is required. q Excellent oral and written communications skills are also required.
