To support our growth, HH Global is recruiting an experienced Sales SupportManager to develop and implement programs for our Americas Region business development team. The position reports to the VP Marketing-Americas and will be based in the suburban office of HH Global in Vernon Hills, IL.

Key Responsibilities

* Work with the Americas BD team to create and deliver winning proposals, bids, and presentations, in line with company strategy
* Drive quality in all responses through structured review cycles, proofreading and continuous feedback to contributors
* Plans, develops and implements activities that marshall support to the business development team while meeting all deadlines
* Coordinates the work of the offshore sales support team for the Americas region, and the marketing team, who develop bid response materials and presentations
* Serves as project manager organizing the regional response to all Requests for Proposal, and communicates status to all stakeholders throughout the engagement
* Interviews and works with internal subject matter experts to gather or develop original content, and owns the Americas content library
* Maintains relationships with counterparts in other regions to coordinate global responses, and to share and use content developed in other regions
* Develops dashboards and reports from in cooperation with the systems administrator, for use by the sales leaders
* Keeps an eye on competitors and industry news, tracks competitive sales activity, and proactively recommends response approach
* Regular, predictable attendance is an essential function of the job


* 5+ years of experience supporting sales teams that sell B2B services or technology products to enterprise-class companies
* Exceptional writing skills with experience developing content for complex service or solution bids in excess of $10M that include technology
* Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a time-constrained working environment
* Hands-on experience with, SAP Ariba, and web-based research
* Self-motivated, willing to dig in and learn the business from the ground up, and make a contribution to the business development program
* Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
