Sales Support Specialist
Superior Group is looking for a Sales Support Specialist for a company in Grand Island, NY. This position will enter new orders as directed by sales, invoices shipped orders, sends acknowledgments, processes credit applications, and accounts receivable.
Enter new orders provided by the sales department into company MRP system
Invoice shipped orders
Receive and processed new customer credit applications
Set up new customer accounts
Email or fax sales order acknowledgments to customer and sales representative
Communicate with different depts. both verbally and in writing
Handle multiple tasks with speed and accuracy
Proofread and catch entry errors
Paper filing of orders per company procedures
Required Skills / Qualifications:
High School Diploma
1 year experience in WORD, Email
2 years’ experience in Data entry
