We are seeking a results-oriented individual to work as a Sr. Sales Talent Acquisition Specialist in a fast paced and rapidly growing environment.

Job Purpose / Objective

Network and recruit B2B sales experience professionals within the Benefits & Insurance Industry across the United States. Work closely with each candidate to identify their professional goals, determine what is missing in their current opportunity and connect them with key leadership to discuss if the next step in their career path aligns with CBIZ Benefits & Insurance Services, Inc.



Job Responsibilities

*

Maintain clear understanding of hiring needs
*

Proactively identify, qualify and recruit passive candidates, using innovative sourcing strategies, cold calling, social media and networking tools
*

Screen resumes, conduct interviews and refer qualified candidates to management
*

Maintain internal and external job postings
*

Ensure a positive client and candidate experience throughout the hiring process
*

Attend networking events as a representative of CBIZ
*

Ability to maintain a professional presence on social media sites, promote open positions and network
*

Research target companies and organizations to support sourcing strategies
*

Work collaboratively with the HR team and hiring managers to understand business objectives, candidate requirements for open positions, consult on key trends for hiring, and develop sourcing strategies
*

Benefits & Insurance industry preferred * Additional responsibilities assigned





Qualifications Required

*

Bachelor s degree with 2 years of experience preferred or High School Diploma or GED with 3 years of recruiting experience
*

Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
*

Ability to quickly prioritize as circumstances requires; can efficiently and effectively address a broad range of competing priorities
*

Demonstrates commitment to exceptional client service
*

Knowledge of Taleo ATS and LinkedIn preferred
*

Ability to work in a fast paced, results driven environment
*

Must be able to travel based on client and business needs
