Mission Linen Supply has immediate opportunities for our Sales Trainee Program in state-of-the-art operating plants in Chino, CA. This program is designed to place high-potential new Sales Associates in a well-established team committed to growth. All along the way you will have the support of management and complete progress reports. This newly developed program is designed to teach you all aspects of outside sales to include: How to acquire new rental and direct sales business through cold calls, lead generation, and networking The best ways to display or demonstrate product using samples, marketing tools, and catalogs Negotiating price and closing the deals How to have the best time management to help you be successful Getting familiar with quoting prices and preparing sales contracts Best practices in preparing reports and keeping expense accounts How to handle objections Qualifications: Interest in learning all aspects of outside sales to become a top performer Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office. High school diploma or general education degree (GED). College level coursework preferred. Valid driver s license to travel locally to visit prospective customers.
