We are currently looking for a Sales Trainer/Strategic Account Manager for one of their largest clients (UPS Global).
The Sales Trainer/Strategic Account Manager will be responsible for building and strengthening their relationship as the primary Search Marketing partner for UPS (United Parcel Service). This position requires an entrepreneurial attitude, as their company runs like a start-up. This position will involve traveling to various districts across the country, training retailers and sales personnel, building enduring business relationships, performing live and virtual product training sessions, as well as generating opportunities and performance reports to ensure continued partnership alignment.
Develop an in-depth understanding of both organizations' values and cultures.
Manage and grow our relationship with UPS.
Conduct regular search marketing training sessions for Sales teams.
Understand the partnership details and continue to identify opportunities to deliver incremental value.
Must be willing to travel as needed to meet key personnel in person.
Must be comfortable hosting virtual and live presentations.
Create collateral to be used with the external representatives to spread brand awareness and support their promotion of this company to clients.
Develop creative strategies to keep the partnership engaged.
THIS POSITION WILL BE LOCATED OUT OF THE PRINCETON, NJ OFFICE, BUT WILL REQUIRE EXTENSIVE TRAVEL (8-12 DAYS/MONTH).
WHAT YOU NEED FOR THIS JOB
College degree in Business and/or Marketing, or equivalent work experience.
Must have 3-7years of relevant work experience.
A passion for all things digital.
