We're looking for an on-the-ball Sales/Catering Coordinator who can pay attention to details, providing critical communications to various operational departments and keeping our sales and catering managers on track are some of the responsibilities of this position. This administrative position will support our sales team by managing work flow, directing calls to the proper market manager and providing support to our sales staff. This position requires a pleasant phone voice, an ability to manage multiple priorities and excellent computer skills (Word/Excel/Powerpoint). Previous experience with Delphi or Breeze is a plus. Prior hotel experience is a preferred.
